I believe that the issue you are seeing is somewhat different - disabling Exclusive Mode fixed a problem where video slowed to a crawl and audio was lost when DD 5.1 was enabled in Netflix Metro. It sounds like the issue you are seeing is only related to audio not playing in DD+, is that correct?
Do you get DD+ outside of Netflix Metro? Are there any firmware updates that might be needed for your receiver?
