We already have a report into BIOS engineering about this issue. Unfortunately, all the TV/monitor models in our labs do not exhibit the problem, so it makes it a bit tough to debug what's going on.
Neven - you mention that you've also seen this. Can you provide the makes and models of the displays that you've tried where it fails?
