Did you check for any graphics options available in BIOS or perhaps reset the settings to default values?
Do you see any “Unknown devices” or “Other devices” in Device Manager?
Did you try uninstalling the previous Intel® HD Graphics driver and then installing the corresponding driver provided by the system manufacturer?
